Congratulations! healthy food is one of the most important steps in building a healthy baby. Your body has everything your baby needs. You need to eat for your and your child’s health.
However, you do not eat in pairs! You should only increase your calorie intake by a few hundred calories a day. You don’t want to gain weight during pregnancy (and it doesn’t magically melt after you give birth).
